After 5 Years, Valheim 1.0 Still Feels Like Home

Valheim 1.0 is finally here, and I genuinely haven't been able to put it down. This video was meant to be out weeks ago. The Deep North had other plans. I've been playing Valheim since early access back in 2021, alone and dragging my mates along with me, and with 1.0 closing out the realm I wanted to look back on why this game has its hooks in me so deep. The world, the building, the sailing, the food system, the corpse runs that still haunt me, and why after five and a half years it's become my go-to comfort game. How many hours has 1.0 stolen off you? Let me know below.
