After several attempts to visit Laoag City, finally, we reached the northernmost city. Guys, we present you, the City of Laoag, the capital of the province of Ilocos Norte, Philippines. The City of Laoag is a 1st class component city. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 111,651 people. It's our first time also driving around the city so we're not yet familiar with the city, there are parts that we're driving randomly into some roads. Traffic is light so we enjoyed driving.
