HABFUZZ • BlueKenue

This is a video tutorial for the HABFUZZ open-source command-line fuzzy model (https://chtheodoro.wixsite.com/habfuzz) and the Blue Kenue software for pre- and post-processing and visualization (https://nrc.canada.ca/en/research-dev...) . It demonstrates (i) how to take the output files of a hydrodynamic simulation and prepare them to be inputted in HABFUZZ, (ii) the use of HABFUZZ and (iii) how to post-process the output habitat suitability of HABFUZZ and visualize it using the Blue Kenue software. The hydrodynamic simulation for the tutorial was applied in TELEMAC 2D (http://www.opentelemac.org/index.php/....
