On the Backs of Angels by Dream Theater - Full Band FC #4000

Well here it is, we've finally made it to the end of the countdown and what is probably the best that ERG has to offer. Thank you guys so much for the amount of hype and love for the 50 leading up to this, I was never expecting such a large resurgence in our viewership as a result. I've been a part of ERG since the KOX days and there are only a very few of us left from the old guard that can claim that (Matt, myself, and Mac) and I must say back when I was so nervous doing my first ever FBFC for the team over 8 years ago (FBFC #91 Panic Switch if anyone was wondering), I never dreamed I would be part of this for so long or meet and get to hang out with so many supremely awesome people. I couldn't possibly be more proud of where this team has gone throughout the years and I want to extend a huge thank you to anyone and everyone who has ever contributed to us getting to 4K. From KOX, to ERG1, to ERG2, we've gone through a heck of a lot to get here, and I'm overjoyed we got to where we are now. In my opinion, this is one of the greatest FBFCs of all time, and when I heard that these fellas got it, I was in complete shock and in awe of the skills these gentlemen possess. We did have another song in mind for 4K, but unfortunately weren't able to pull it off in time for the list. Speaking of songs that just missed out, I'd say there are about 6-8 songs that were one note away from getting done and the majority of them would have been top 10 tier on this list, so if you were wondering if this marks the end of an era in terms of crazy FBFCs, there are still some on the to-do list that unfortunately couldn't get done in time for this. I don't think we will ever do something as crazy as getting another 50 of this caliber in the future for a separate countdown, mainly because the grind/time restraints involved in this batch really burnt out a bunch of us. We do still have a few good ones in stock and quite a few customs to upload, so expect those to be heavily featured in the future. Unfortunately, this one was one of the biggest victims of Brendan's Elgato messing up and as a result, the video quality is pretty poor at times, but the man himself spent a large chunk of time editing this and I think he did an absolutely spectacular job fixing it and making it presentable, so hats off to the B-ness. Hopefully this wall of text didn't scare too many of you off, I'm just so proud of these guys and this team that I feel like rambling on about how awesome they all are. I shall cut it off now though, thanks again for reading and watching, and enjoy these superstars' performances! Benjamin Guitar - Bryce Pro Drums - Steven Pro Keys - Travis Harmonies - Brendan
