Well the recipe itself was DELICIOUS! I just can't get a good groove in my freeze drying studio and I am getting frustrated! Jar Sealer: https://amzn.to/3RkBltC Easy Summer Meal: 6 chicken breasts 1 jar salsa or 2 cups fresh salsa (mango preferable!) 1 can of black beans slightly drained + 1 can to add at the end Place ingredients into slow cooker, season chicken to taste, cook on high for 4 hours, save 2nd can of beans to add after you shred your chicken.
