Hot Wheels Rally (1996/PC) - Full Gameplay

I seem to be the first person to actually get this game running and upload my findings to the internet so here you go. This is run on a Windows 95 Virtual Machine so the long video load times might be connected to that, idk. I have yet to figure out why you seemingly need to accelerate for a LOOOONG time until you actually go. My theory is it's the same issue as the hanging videos and you have to wait until the next bits of track are loaded into memory, but this is just my guess. I wanted do a bit more research, but just as I tried to start it again my Hot Wheels Mouse (which you need to play this) stopped working. I'm gonna try this again on a real Win95 PC, but until then this is what it is.
