Merkaba Meditation According to Drunvalo Melchizedek

I've been practicing this way of breathing and experiencing deep states of calm. When I first came across Drunvalo's MerKaBa meditation, I did not understand what Drunvalo meant by "and pulse," and all the other mechanics of the practice. Upon researching it, I came across this explanation and have been wanting to share it with you. I finally recorded it! Enjoy. This is the actual meditation practice I listen to 🎧    • Unity Breath Intro By Drunvalo Melchizedek   And this video explains the meditation. 🧘‍♀️✡️ MerKaBa comes from a Hebrew word meaning chariot, or vehicle, and can also be defined as the light spirit body.
