Initial CodeReview - Weight Tracking Application

This code review lets me visit my initial code and ensure that it is free of errors and other vulnerabilities that could be caused by having weak connections, timeout errors, memory limitations and other variables that could make an application corrupt and cause downtimes. It is important to create a habit of reviewing the code before its release, as it may avoid future expensive repair costs and production loss.
