🏍️ A1307 FULL RIDE | Haverhill to Huntingdon | Aprilia Tuono 457 Join me for the full ride along the A1307, travelling from Haverhill to Huntingdon on the Aprilia Tuono 457. 🛣️ Route: A1307 – Haverhill → Huntingdon ⏱️ Ride time: Around 1 hour 🏍️ Bike: Aprilia Tuono 457 🔊 Audio: Natural bike and road sound – no music, no commentary Starting in Haverhill, the A1307 heads through the countryside towards Cambridge, passing Linton, Hildersham, Little Abington and Fourwentways before continuing towards the city. Then comes Cambridge… The A1307 effectively disappears through the city centre before reappearing on the other side. My Sat Nav decided to make this even more interesting by trying to send me down a No Access route, I got lost, missed a roundabout exit and generally had a horrific time trying to follow the route! 😅 Rather than subject you to all of that, the video skips ahead to Girton, where I rejoin the A1307 and continue towards Huntingdon. From Girton, the character of the road changes considerably. Parts of this section were formerly the A14 before the Cambridge to Huntingdon improvement scheme changed the road network. The A1307 now provides the local route west, running through the corridor past Bar Hill, Swavesey, Fenstanton and the Hemingfords before reaching Huntingdon. 00:00 Haverhill to Horseheath 06:43 Horseheath to Linton 10:24 Linton to Little Abington 15:06 Little Abington to Cambridge 23:34 Cambridge to Girton 34:22 Girton to Huntingdon This is the full journey wherever possible — no highlight reel and no unnecessary cuts.
