Why Budokai 3's music is replaced for Budokai HD Collection

Kenji Yamamoto: the composer of many DBZ video games including the Budokai series, was fired from Toei Animation as composer for Dragon Ball Z Kai for accusations of plagiarism. Now the music for Budokai HD Collection is being replaced for similar reasons. This video shows some songs from Budokai 3 that are strikingly similar with other real songs made before it. EDIT: Unfortunately, most of the comparison songs are now muted due to being content ID claimed, but you can still search for the original tracks to compare on YouTube (lol). And now, here's a list which contain all of the song comparisons to the Budokai games that aren't in this video that I know of. There's probably a ton of them still left...
