The wettest Isaac character

This is Noah, a modded character who can only move within his own tears that he splashes onto the floor. Splatoon coded guy, also starts with 3 soul hearts & a 1.25% tear rate modifier which explains my surprise at some of the tears up stats I get in this run. I went for the beast in this one.
