Structure: G+3 (Ground + 3 Floors). Amenities: Good Water, Electricity, and Clean Surroundings. Location: Very close to Sarjapur & Kammanahalli (1.5 KM). Schools are just 2.5 KM away! ❤️ A Heart-Touching Moment (The Real Hero): While shooting, our team was starving and exhausted. That’s when we met Mr. Sagar (Flat No. 108). He treated us like family and provided us with Curds/Food. A huge thanks to him for his humanity! 🙏 🗣️ Real Reviews from Residents: Mr. Karim Ali (Security): Confirmed safety and upcoming families moving in March. Applied in 2021, paid ₹1 Lakh initial deposit. Current Challenge: Temporary electricity connection; waiting for permanent meters.
