In this video you'll learn 7 movements to mobilise the spine in a gentle way.
This "Movement Snack" Session was delivered as part of the Festival of Social Science, for people with chronic pain and their physiotherapist. It was commissioned by Coventry University and The Somatic Practice and Chronic Pain Network and delivered on 23 October 2025.
Thank you Rachel Tipping for translating the session to British Sign Language, which is like a Qi Gong practice in itself! And thank you to the participants for your engagement and questions!
