EP02: Block Vandal There are many blank walls, pillars, fences and the like all around the Wellington area that don’t garner much attention. But there is one wall in the Hutt Valley that is getting attention. A retaining wall made of concrete blocks that has been transformed into a wall of nostalgia by mural artist Aidan WalBaekken aka “Block vandal”. But what led him here, and what’s next?
