Here's my attempt at capturing a cab ride around the Worsley Dale OO gauge Garden Railway. If nothing else it highlights the amount of work I still have to do and pinpoints certain things that need attention - things you don't notice when you're standing a scale 100 yards or more away from the action.
Track between the large Stack Gill viaduct and the rear of the shed is still only loosely laid, as is some of the track atop the viaduct, and of course, there's still a junction to add to enable running into the opposite side of the shed.
Despite its appearance on video at such a low viewpoint, the railway runs very well indeed with only a very few occasional problems. I quite like the rough and rugged appearance of the track and lineside, especially through the cuttings either side of Watch House tunnel. It's exactly the appearance I was aiming for.
Filmed using a Mobius action camera and with the aid of my trusty Heljan 26024.
