In this video, I share my Week 1–2 journey at Zerobase Startup School 🚀 I started by understanding what it really means to build a startup, moving beyond just ideas and focusing on real problems, execution, and early validation. From there, I narrowed down my idea, defined a clear MVP scope, and started building something simple but testable instead of over-engineering. By the end of these two weeks, I was able to put the MVP in front of real users and get my first beta testers to try the product and give feedback.
