Dalai Lama India REACTION | Shiva Lingam Light Offering | Buddhism Hinduism

Happy Birthday to His Holiness Dalai Lama, the Bodhisattva of Compassion! We celebrate the birthday of Tenzin Gyatso by watching a YouTube video in which he participates in a Lamp Offering Ceremony (Aarti) at the banks of the Yamuna River and then a Purification Worship of Shiv Linga at Sri Udasin Karshni Ashram in Mathura, UP, India on September 23, 2019. His Holiness is one of the best examples for inter-religious harmony. He has a great relationship to all spiritual traditions. How wonderful to witness him being in a Shiva Lingam Temple. Dalai Lama is a title given by the Tibetan people to the foremost spiritual leader of the Gelug or "Yellow Hat" school of Tibetan Buddhism, the newest and most dominant of the four major schools of Tibetan Buddhism. The 14th and current Dalai Lama is Tenzin Gyatso, who lives as a refugee in India. The Dalai Lama is also considered to be the successor in a line of tulkus who are believed to be incarnations of Avalokiteśvara, the Bodhisattva of Compassion.
