E-ZPass Express Interstate 495 in Virginia - Outer Loop - 11/17/2012

In this video, I enter the E-ZPass Express Lanes after merging onto the Beltway outer loop from Route 193. I drove the entire length of the tolled lanes. The Express Lanes end at the Springfield interchange. One can stay to the left and easily access the HOV lanes on 95 or 395 - depending on the direction that they are following. You should have an E-ZPass transponder for the trip. If you don't, you'll get a letter from E-Z pass requesting that you pay the toll. Please, don't panic or try to back up if you enter the Express lanes by mistake. You'll get a letter requesting payment of the toll. I apologize for the less than ideal lighting. I was driving into the mid-day sun. My other 495 Express Lane video of the inner loop is far superior. I posted this so people can see what the driving experience is like.
