Best PETRI fifties #3. 50mm f2. Is this old budget lens better than the swirly Helios 44-2?

#photography #vintagelenses #lens #swirls The Petri 50mm f2 (k-mount) lens from 1977 is my #3 ranked Petri fast fifty. It's ridicously cheap to buy on-line and performs very well stopped down and wide open - sharp, great colours and contrasts. It also swirls. So is it a better lens than the iconic and hugely popular Helios 44-2?
