Tidal Tempest Act M/R - Sonic Frenzy | ChilliusVGM

Look ma, it's not all just recycled zones! Tidal Tempest finally gets its debut in Frenzy as a one act zone via an exclusive story for Ray/Mighty, crazy stuff, right? ...and before anyone comments, yes, the background wasn't able to be finished before I left, which is why I had to rush to get this up before I left, using the old BG. I'll probably reupload with a proper BG by one of the artists once later this year, but for now, this'll do.
