7 Officers Who Recorded Something They Couldn't Explain

A woman with no eyes waving down a patrol car in Peru. A guard in Colombia who stops answering his radio. A strange animal on a Texas deputy's dashcam. These are seven real moments caught on camera by officers, guards and security systems, and each one left the people there without a clean answer. Every case below comes from released footage, public records and news reports, and each one is told from its original sources, linked in the case list. Night Patrol Tapes collects real police and security moments caught on camera, then follows each case to the people who were there. Where an explanation exists, we tell it, including the parts that do not quite fit.
