Abandoned Empty Office Space in the Cleveland Centre. Un-Seen images. Middlesbrough Memories.

In this video we are taking a look at what was once Cook and Endeavour house. Located on the first floor of the Cleveland Centre, it was accessed from Albert Road and was home to various organisations and businessess such as United Friendly Insurance and the shipping company J G Peckston. It was vacated in preparation for development into a Hotel (with some of the retail units on the ground floor becoming the reception area) and sat abandoned until 2014 when development began. These images were captured by Craig in March 2014 and show the the vacated and abandoned spaces prior to development (there are also some images of the work commencing on the space taken in September of the same year).
