Østmarka Golfklubb: A Forest and Parkland Course

We head to Ytre Enebakk, to visit the 18-hole course named after the forest surrounding it - Østmarka (the eastern woods). The front 9 features a forest-style course, while the back-9 switches to Parkland golf. It was a very large course, with a lot of height difference. Besides the challenges of the course's layout, the autumn weather had definitely to set in: This was the windiest day I've ever played golf on, and during our round the camera fell over several times. The ground was moist, slowing down the greens and affecting roll. Even more than before, adaptation to the environment was essential... Overall it was a challenging- but fun time at this course. Definitely a place where you can improve many aspects of your game. If you're visiting yourself, I advise renting a buggy for the day.
