Ankarsrum’s Heavy Duty Premium Beater Set

In this video, I’m using Ankarsrum’s new heavy duty balloon whisks for the first time to make the lemon pound cake from Sally’s Baking Addiction. The new cookie whisks that I tried earlier in the week worked very well, and as you can see in this video, the balloon whisks also worked a charm. I loved my Ank before, but this heavy duty assembly is a game changer for me. (no affiliation with the company, just a grandma who likes to bake).
