Making Damascus knife with No Power tools (except a vacuum cleaner)

I increased the challenge of my "No power tool" challenge . This time I am forging multy layer (damascus) blade - no arc welder , no grinder , no power drill. Just good old hand work. Only excepton is my vacuum cleaner used to blow air into the forge . It was one of the most demanding builds that I made. I hope that it is enjoyable and informative for you.
