Hi students, today we'll be learning Rational and Irrational Numbers. Rational numbers are numbers that CAN be expressed in the form of a/b (like a fraction form). There are actually 6 ways to quickly categorize certain numbers as Rational numbers. These are all rational numbers. 1) Fractions 2) Integers 3) Mixed numbers 4) Terminating decimals 5) Recurring decimals 6) Square roots that can be calculated exactly Do ensure you check them out with a calculator.
