Hello, everyone!
Welcome back to my channel! I’m so grateful to have you here with me once again. ❤️
This project has taken me the longest to complete, and it’s by far the biggest project I’ve ever worked on.
I know you’re probably here to relax, unwind, and perhaps find something soothing to listen to as you drift off to sleep. And I hope this video can be a little moment of peace for you.
However, there’s something that’s been weighing heavily on my heart lately, and I feel like I need to take a moment to talk about it. It’s something I’ve been wanting to get off my chest, and it has to do with AI-generated videos, particularly those featuring miniatures and dioramas.
As you’ve probably noticed, AI-generated content has been appearing all over the internet lately, in all kinds of forms and across countless different topics. The sheer amount of it has grown dramatically.
But what genuinely surprised me, and honestly disheartened me, was seeing just how many AI-generated miniature videos have been circulating online recently.
I never expected this little corner of creativity, a world that I’ve always associated with patience, craftsmanship, and the joy of creating something with your own hands, to be affected by this trend to such an extent.
I often get asked why I love making miniatures. I usually say it’s because I love it—because it’s my therapy. While that’s true, the deeper reason is that I place a lot of value on physical, handmade things.
I care deeply about things made by hand. Things you can hold. Things that TAKE TIME. We live in a world flooded with AI images and endless, instant content—things made in seconds, consumed in seconds, and forgotten just as fast. Somewhere along the way, we stopped noticing how much effort it takes to make something real.
Miniatures pulled me back to that. They force me to slow down, to sit with the process, to respect the patience and skill behind every small detail. Making them—and filming them—is my way of honoring effort, craftsmanship, and the quiet beauty of real things, even in a world that’s starting to feel unreal.
