How is this game allowed on Roblox?

!!WARNING!! (YAP SESSION ) I found this game because Roblox recommended me it for some reason, I thought it was an average FPS/Blood debt game, but when I played it, I now knew. The game was depicted on active shootings, you can choose ranges of guns, disable police ai, difficulty, characters, and etc. Once you choose a map, there will be npcs you can shoot, similar or maybe even stolen models from Canadiansim/Blooddebt, once you fire a shot npcs will run/cry/talk/ or even play dead, a timer is now ticking and you have to kill them all in time, after you kill all the civilian/police ai, or just wait until the timer runs out, you will be greeted by a stats page, and a ending. Showing how many people you killed/injured, they made this more realistic by having a victim's page, but it didn't work anyway. This game is not based on any real shootings that happened in real life, but it kind of gives you an active shooter perspective, either way, this could still be offensive to some people. I have the game link, but I won't link it anyway since its banned anyway, and you are kind of weird if you want to play it so badly, but ok... ( I wouldn't had linked it anyway, even if it wasn't banned anyway... ) This game also had a OOFING SELF button in the game, likely to re-create how mass shooters would commit OOF after committing such an act, I guess it's fair to say that this is a very realistic TCC-like game. There are probably copies of this game and it might not even go away, it's pretty sad that this is on the platform, but I can't do nothing about it anyway. Overall, this game is pretty interesting, and I played it a couple times, but I don't think it should be on the platform, but if you have a different POV ill respect it. !!PLEASE DO NOT CONDONE, NOR SUPPORT THESE TYPES OF GAMES!! !!HAVE A GOOD DAY/NIGHT LIKE ALWAYS!!
