The Helldivers Spear Field Guide (Why your Team Needs One)

In Helldivers 2 not many weapons can match the Spear in terms of dedicated anti tank role. It isn't perfect, but if used correctly is incredibly satisfying on high difficulty missions with random divers. That is because it can allow your entire team room to breath and focus on medium/small enemies while you delete every heavy enemy from the map. The main struggle with the Spear is the ammo economy, but with a teammate like Blue who is running a supply pack and keeping you topped off that becomes an issue you can entirely ignore. And its very likely when your team notices they aren't facing heavies on difficulty 10 they will be very glad you brought this support weapon.
