Ruby | When You’ve Lost Touch With What Excites You

If this found you… maybe there’s a part of you that’s ready to come back to life. Maybe you’ve been moving through the motions. Maybe you’ve been giving your energy to everyone and everything around you, while quietly wondering when you’ll feel more like yourself again. You know there’s something inside you. A spark. A desire. A version of you that wants to be seen, expressed, and fully lived. But sometimes fear, self-doubt, exhaustion, or simply the weight of everyday life can make it easier to stay where you are. What if you don’t need to become someone new? What if you’re simply being invited to remember who you already are? Ruby carries an energy often associated with passion, vitality, courage, confidence, love, and the life force within us. ❤️ This reflection explores what happens when we stop dimming our own light, reconnect with our inner fire, and create space for the desires that have been waiting to be acknowledged. To help you reconnect with your own energy, confidence, passion, and inner spark, I created a deeper meditation journey. 🌹 Perfect for quiet mornings, peaceful evenings, and moments when you need to reconnect with yourself, restore your energy, and remember what makes you feel truly alive.
