| FREEDOM TV

The Vinay Kulkarni bail case has reached another important stage in the Supreme Court. The Congress MLA is facing proceedings in connection with the 2016 murder of BJP leader Yogesh Gowda. A special court convicted 17 accused in April 2026 and sentenced Vinay Kulkarni and several others to life imprisonment. The Vinay Kulkarni bail case concerns his plea challenging the Karnataka High Court proceedings on bail and suspension of sentence. The High Court had earlier reserved its order after hearing Kulkarni’s plea seeking suspension of his life sentence and bail. The Vinay Kulkarni bail case is now being closely watched as the Supreme Court considers the related appeal. According to the information provided for the case, Yogesh Gowda’s brother Gurunath Gowda has also approached the Supreme Court challenging the High Court order. The matter is listed before a bench headed by Justice Prashant Kumar Mishra, with the hearing adjourned to October 9. The legal proceedings relate to the Yogesh Gowda murder case, which dates back to 2016. The Supreme Court had previously cancelled Kulkarni’s bail in 2025 after finding material suggesting attempts to influence witnesses during the trial. #vinaykulkarni #yogeshgowda #yogeshgowdamurdercase #supremecourt #bailcase #karnataka #karnatakanews #congressmla #legalnews #courtnews #breakingnews #latestnews #dharwadnews #kannadanews #freedomtvkannada --------------------------------------------- ⭐ Stay tuned with FREEDOM TV KANNADA for the latest Kannada news, breaking news, and LIVE updates. 👉 SUBSCRIBE NOW ►    / @freedomtvkannada   👉 FOLLOW US ON FACEBOOK ►   / freedomtvblr   👉 FOLLOW US ON X ► https://x.com/FreedomTvLive 👉 FOLLOW US ON INSTAGRAM ►   / freedomtvlive   👉 FOLLOW US ON THREADS ► https://www.threads.net/@freedomtvlive 👉 READ MORE ► https://freedomtvlive.com/ 👉 WHATSAPP CHANNEL ► https://whatsapp.com/channel/0029VadQ... --------------------------------------------- 👉 FREEDOM TV KANNADA (ಫ್ರೀಡಂ ಟಿವಿ) delivers fast, accurate, and reliable news updates from Karnataka and across India. 🔔 Turn on the bell icon so you never miss important news 👍 Like, comment, and share to support independent journalism --------------------------------------------- 📢 To Advertise with FREEDOM TV KANNADA 📺 TV | Digital | Social Media 📞 Contact: 7760582277 ---------------------------------------------
