Asian Games 2026 delivered another action-packed day for India on September 29. Neeru Dhanda created history by winning Gold in the Women’s Trap Individual Event. She became the first Indian woman to win an individual Asian Games Gold in Trap. India also won Gold in the Women’s 4x400m Relay, while Gulveer Singh added a Bronze in the Men’s 5000m. Pooja Singh won Bronze in the Women’s High Jump, ending India’s long wait for a medal in the event.
