Train Snow Plowing and Winter Action

Winter brings new challenges for railroads each year, and creates some unique scenes of trains! Seeing a heavy freight train opening the line, and kicking up snow is a neat sight, is hard to come by. In this video, we'll see a Canadian National train opening up the line after a blizzard, and several other trains running in snowy conditions. Such are the CN Transfer, and The Humboldt Avenue Transfer (H42). Starting off in Wisconsin, we'll see the first train after a blizzard heading into Minnesota. As it passes through New Richmond, it kicks up a lot of snow, throwing it back into the street, and creating a memorable sight! After this, we'll see a transfer, H42, rolling up the Soo Saint Paul as fresh snow comes down all around it. Lastly, we'll see see two different views of the CN Transfer, L506. One, shortly after a snowfall; running from Northtown Yard, and racing through Dellwood. Lastly, two matched SD60s in a blizzard as it arrives in New Brighton as a blizzard starts to set in.
