Not Russian soup, but a big pot of comforting Filipino CHICKEN TINOLA! 🇵🇭❤️ Today, the whole family joined me in the kitchen to make this delicious Filipino classic. Chicken Tinola is packed with comforting ingredients like malunggay (moringa), ginger, and green papaya - and our papaya was organically grown right here at home and freshly picked from the tree by my youngest son, Kostya! 🌿🥭 Cooking with three kids is always an adventure, especially with our little Alina, who still demands a lot of attention. 😄 I’m already looking forward to the day when she’s a little older and can join us in the kitchen - putting papaya cubes into a bowl, helping with simple ingredients, and becoming part of our family cooking traditions. 🥰 And the Chicken Tinola? Absolutely magical. 🤤 Sometimes when you’re sick, you completely lose your appetite. But this time was definitely NOT one of those moments! The soup was so delicious that I honestly couldn’t stop eating it.
