Bonded Concrete Overlay project in Houston

In 1985, the Texas Department of Transportation (then the Texas State Department of Highways and Public Transportation) constructed a bonded concrete overlay on Interstate Highway 610 (North Loop West) in Houston, Texas. This video documents the design and construction practices used on that important project. It was produced as part of research conducted by the Center for Transportation Research.
