The Beatles Live at the Cavern - Kansas City / Hey Hey Hey

There's an interesting story behind this audio. The footage of the Beatles at the Cavern performing "Some Other Guy" is well known. However, on top of the two versions of that song, a performance of "Kansas City / Hey hey Hey" was also captured that day. Sadly the video was destroyed as the quality wasn't good enough. However, someone (most likely Brian Epstein) had an acetate record made of the audio, featuring the first performance of "Some Other Guy" on one side and "Kansas City" on the other. This acetate was auctioned off some years ago at Christie's - and here is a copy of it featuring that performance which was so very nearly lost to time.
