Gamesના આયોજન માટે Host Collaboration Agreement કરવામાં આવ્યો છે અને જરૂરી Host Feeની ચુકવણી પણ કરી દેવામાં આવી છે. આ સમગ્ર પ્રક્રિયા અમદાવાદને Commonwealth Games 2030 માટે તૈયાર કરવાની દિશામાં એક મોટું પગલું માનવામાં આવી રહ્યું છે. આ ઉપરાંત ગુજરાત સરકારે ઠરાવ પસાર કરીને Ahmedabad 2030 Commonwealth Games Organisation નામની કંપનીની રચના પણ કરી છે. આ કંપની Gamesના આયોજન અને સંલગ્ન કામગીરી માટે મહત્વની ભૂમિકા ભજવશે.
