Instinct XX20 Trail Running pack. Has it got too many pockets?

I take a look at the Instinct XX20 trail running pack. I've used it for trail running and also some fast-packing and lightweight camping trips. It certainly has lots of storage options but maybe it is a little bit too complicated with too many zips. See what you think.
