Framepacer vs RTSS. PC latency.

Final Fantasy 7: Rebith Ingame Vsync On. Framepacer shows lower PC Latency readings specifically when I turn on recording, I’m not sure why that is. It usually ranges 50-65 ms. It feels like Framepacer has more input lag, but it’s very slight and hard to notice.
