One of the most unique things about Gili Trawangan is that there are no cars or motorbikes anywhere on the island. The only ways to get around are by bicycle, electric scooter, or the traditional horse and cart (Cidomo), creating a peaceful atmosphere unlike anywhere else in Southeast Asia.
