Lovelo test out the Estarli e28.X around town

Lovelo Cycle Works has partnered with Estarli who make e-bikes on the other side of Berkhamsted. Local rider and shop owner, Tim, takes the e28.X around town to see how it suits the streets and how the automatic 2-speed motor handles the Chiltern hills.
