Meles Zenawi and the University professor

"Ethiopia will never be a multi-party democracy so long as you, Meles Zenawi, are in power." That was the verdict one Addis Ababa University instructor told the late TPLF cynic in August 2002. Meles died in August 2012, exactly 10 years after the prophetic note.
