We Are The System | A Hard Conversation About Church, Leadership & Responsibility

We often talk about “the system” as though it is something outside of us. But who makes up the system? Home Affairs. The police. Teachers. Nurses. Doctors. Accountants. HR professionals. IT professionals. Engineers. Environmentalists. Leaders. Parents. Friends. Church leaders. So if you are a Christian and God has blessed you with a position, a profession, influence or responsibility, what are you doing with it? This is not a video about blaming people. It is a reflection on responsibility, leadership, friendship, church community, and the kind of people we are becoming. And if you are blessed with a job or a position within society, remember that you have an opportunity to serve God through the work you do. I still believe in the importance of church community. I still believe in the Word of God and prayer. And I still believe that we are the Church.
