Not just procrastinating taking the trash out, but something emotionally. Avoiding something like telling someone how you feel, or telling someone that they hurt you, etc etc. Procrastinating emotional things has been a thing that i'm PROFESSIONAL at for some reason, they always grow into something terrible if left alone.
