Scarey Skipping Heart

I have never had any heart problems before. None. But a couple days ago I started to feel like my heart was skipping beats. Like my heart would stop and then pump super hard to jumpstart the rythm again. It felt so wierd so I recorded it. My heart rate is elevated throughout this whole sample because I was so nervous and scared. I don't know what to do, and I am pretty sure with how frequent this is... it is not normal. Ugh... Oh and I am not on drugs of any kind.
