Ron Fine's Solar Tour | Exact Solar

Take a video tour of Ron Fine’s residential solar installation in Media, Pennsylvania, completed by Exact Solar. Ron and his wife had been thinking for years about how they could reduce their reliance on fossil fuels and be part of the transition to cleaner energy. After meeting Solarize Delco at a local ecofair, they were referred to Exact Solar and began the process of going solar. Ron’s 6.6 kW DC system includes 15 solar panels installed on a roof with a more complex layout due to local egress requirements. In the video, Ron shares how Exact Solar worked carefully to maximize the available roof space, including taking extra measurements to make the system possible. He also talks about the financial impact of solar, including how his electric bill has dropped from an average of about $165 per month to mostly just PECO’s minimum monthly charge for much of the year. Exact Solar has been helping homeowners, businesses, and nonprofits across Pennsylvania and New Jersey go solar since 2005. Learn more about solar for your home: https://exactsolar.com
