Surrounded by neighboring properties on its longer sides, the house is centered around three distinct courtyards that provide private outdoor spaces. The main courtyard features a swimming pool and a hammock, creating a serene retreat. The second courtyard is a gravel seating area with a tree, and the third is a smaller space. The house's design emphasizes inward-facing views, utilizing cream-colored Corev on the walls to mimic traditional stucco. Large windows and sliding glass doors blend indoor and outdoor spaces, while minimalist interiors feature stone flooring, white walls, and exposed wooden beams. The open-plan living and dining area, along with a well-appointed kitchen, master suite, and additional bedrooms, maintain a cohesive, elegant aesthetic.
