Mission Mode consists of 64 missions in total, each with special objectives, which can include 1v1 races, keeping up your drift or boost to score points, knockout races where the racer in last place after a set amount of time is eliminated and you have to be the last one standing, battle arena challenges including boss battles, and all sorts of other challenges.
