Benda LFC 700 Pro Review - The Craziest Cruiser We’ve Tested!

The Benda LFC 700 Pro is one of the most unusual cruisers on the market. A cruiser with an inline-four engine, a massive 300 mm rear tyre, electronic air suspension and retractable fog lights? On paper, this bike makes almost no sense — and that is exactly why it is so interesting. In this test, we spend a full week with the Benda LFC 700 Pro to find out whether this radical Chinese cruiser is just a showpiece or whether it actually works as a motorcycle in real life. The Benda uses a 676 cc inline-four engine, producing 85 hp at 10,300 rpm and 60 Nm at 8,600 rpm. That engine layout is usually found in sporty naked bikes or supersport machines — not in a long, low cruiser designed for relaxed riding. On the motorway, the engine revs high and sounds completely different from the typical low cruiser rumble. The chassis is just as extreme. With a full-tank weight of around 299 kg, a very long wheelbase and that enormous rear tyre, the Benda is incredibly stable in a straight line — but in corners and roundabouts, it demands real effort from the rider. It does not glide into corners like a normal bike. You have to push it, commit to it and work with it. At the same time, the Benda LFC 700 Pro has real strengths. The seat is comfortable, the suspension absorbs bumps surprisingly well, fuel consumption was better than expected, and the bike gets a huge amount of attention everywhere it goes. Especially when the air suspension lowers the bike after stopping, people immediately turn their heads. But there are also weaknesses. Cruise control is missing, heated grips are not available as an official option, some details do not feel as premium as they should, and the bike can be awkward to park because of its length. It is not perfect, and it does not feel completely finished yet. Still, the Benda LFC 700 Pro is important. It challenges expectations, it changes how people look at Chinese motorcycles, and it proves that bold design still exists in the cruiser segment.
