Episode 10 - The Watcher: Your Dream Home Comes With a Stalker | True Crime Mini

You finally buy your dream home. Six bedrooms, a beautiful neighborhood, and a price tag of $1.35 MILLION. And then the letters start arriving. ✉️👀 In 2014, Derek and Maria Broaddus purchased what should have been their forever home in Westfield, New Jersey. But before they could even move in, someone calling themselves "The Watcher" began sending disturbing letters claiming their family had been watching the house for generations. And when the mysterious writer started mentioning the Broaddus children? ABSOLUTELY NOT. In this solo mini episode of Passports After Dark, Megan dives into the bizarre true story of 657 Boulevard, the creepy letters, the investigation, and the theories surrounding one of America's strangest unsolved mysteries. Was The Watcher a neighbor? Someone obsessed with the house? Or was there something even stranger happening behind those picture-perfect suburban doors? Because apparently spending $1.35 million on a house doesn't guarantee privacy. Or peace. Or a neighbor who knows how to mind their damn business. 💀 🖤 We want to know: Would YOU move into the house after receiving those letters?
